Lemon Bars

crust

1 cup butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 c. flour

bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.

filling

4 eggs
2 C. Sugar
4 tbls. flour
4 tbls. lemon juice
rind of 1 lemon

pour into shell bake at 325 for 30 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
