2 8oz. halibut filets
1/4 head of green cabbage shredded
1 can chipolte peppers
2 T. mayo
1 T. blackening spice
Corn Tortillas
Salsa
mix the chipolte peppers with the mayo and set aside
cook halibut on grill or broiler
cook tortillas
assemble by placing a portion of fish in middle of tortilla, add shredded cabbage,spoon over chipolte mayo sauce and salsa, sqeeze lime juice on top.
